综合护理在老年鼻出血伴高血压患者中的应用体会及效果分析

Application of comprehensive nursing in the elderly patients with epistaxis and hypertension

目的探讨综合护理干预在老年鼻出血伴高血压患者中的应用效果和应用体会。方法选取2017年5月-2019年12月在我院接受治疗的86例老年性鼻出血伴高血压患者进行研究,按照随机性原则分为对照组43例和研究组43例。对照组患者给与常规护理干预措施,研究组患者在此基础上给与包括健康教育、饮食干预、心理干预、运动护理等内容在内的综合性护理干预措施。比较两组患者的护理效果,总结护理体会。结果两组患者护理干预后的收缩压和舒张压相比干预前均明显降低,相比对照组,研究组干预后的血压更低(P<0.05);研究组治愈率为95.4%,对照组为81.4%,研究组相比对照组的治愈率明显升高(P<0.05);研究组平均住院时间相比对照组明显缩短,住院费用相比对照组明显减少(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为95.4%,对照组为79.1%,研究组相比对照组的护理满意度明显升高(P<0.05);研究组护理干预后鼻再出血发生率为%,对照组为%,研究组相比对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论对老年鼻出血伴高血压患者采取综合护理干预措施在提高鼻出血治愈率、降低再出血发生率、提高护理满意度和缩短住院时间、减少住院费用等方面具有显著效果。

Objective To explore the effect and experience of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with epistaxis and hypertension.Methods 86 elderly patients with epistaxis and hypertension who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to December 2019 were selected for the study.According to the principle of randomness,they were divided into control group(43 cases)and study group(43 cases).The patients in the study group were given comprehensive nursing interventions including health education,diet intervention,psychological intervention and sports nursing.To compare the nursing effect of the two groups and summarize the nursing experience.Results Compared with the control group,the blood pressure of the study group was lower after intervention(P<0.05);the cure rate of the study group was 95.4%,the control group was 81.4%,the cure rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the average hospitalization time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.4%,that of the control group was 79.1%,and that of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions the comprehensive nursing intervention for the elderly patients with epistaxis and hypertension has significant effect on improving the cure rate of epistaxis,reducing the incidence of rebleeding,improving nursing satisfaction,shortening the length of stay and reducing the cost of hospitalization.
