柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减配合五行音乐疗法治疗肿瘤后轻、中度抑郁的效果

Effect of Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction plus five elements music therapy in the treatment of mild and moderate depression after tumor

目的评价柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减配合五行音乐疗法治疗肿瘤后轻、中度抑郁的效果。方法选取2017年7月~2019年3月河北省唐山市中医医院肿瘤科收治的肿瘤后抑郁患者120例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(60例)和治疗组(60例),其中对照组予以艾司西酞普兰片,治疗组采用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减配合五行音乐疗法治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)和肿瘤生活质量量表评价两组患者治疗前后心理状态、生活质量。结果治疗后,两组HAMD-24评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能、整体健康状况评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组疲倦、疼痛、恶心及呕吐、失眠、腹泻、便秘、纳差、呼吸困难、经济困难评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减配合五行音乐疗法治疗肿瘤后轻、中度抑郁的效果肯定,可有效缓解患者的抑郁状态,提高其生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction combined with five elements music therapy in the treatment of mild and moderate depression after tumor.Methods From July 2017 to March 2019,120 patients with depression after tumor in the Oncology Department of Tangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and treatment group(60 cases)by using random number table method.Control group was treated with Escitalopram Tablets,and treatment group was treated with Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction combined with five elements music therapy.Therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD-24)and tumor quality of life scale were used to evaluate the mental state and quality of life of two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of HAMD-24 in two groups were lower than those before treatment,treatment group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function and overall health status in two groups were higher than those before treatment,treatment group was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fatigue,pain,nausea and vomiting,insomnia,diarrhea,constipation,poor appetite,dyspnea and economic difficulties in two groups were lower than those before treatment,treatment group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction combined with five elements music in the treatment of mild and moderate depression after tumor is positive.It can effectively alleviate the depression of patients and improve their quality of life.
