杨志宏治疗肝阳上亢型高血压性眩晕的临床经验

Clinical experience of Yang Zhihong in the treatment of hypertension vertigo with upper hyperactivity of liver yang

杨志宏主任医师系陕西省第三批名中医,临证论治眩晕病善于抓主症而兼次症,遣方用药独具特色,巧化裁,效桴鼓。现总结杨志宏治疗肝阳上亢型高血压性眩晕的临床经验。杨志宏认为眩晕发病虚实互见,脏腑精气不足,清阳不能上荣头目为虚,风、火、痰、瘀袭扰脑窍为实,治疗以补虚泻实为总纲,在平肝潜阳的基础上,又兼以“平肝清热以熄风火、健脾化湿以祛痰浊、化瘀通络以达血脉、气血双补以固本元”四法并举,临床治疗效验可期,并附予验案一则以飨同道。

Archiater Yang Zhihong is the third batch of famous traditional Chinese medicine in Shaanxi Province.He is good at treating vertigo with clinical symptoms and is good at grasping the main symptoms and secondary symptoms.His prescription is unique,ingenious and effective.This paper summarizes Yang Zhihong′s clinical experience in the treatment of hypertension vertigo with upper hyperactivity of liver yang.Yang Zhihong thinks that vertigo is characterized by deficiency and excess,deficiency of internal organs and essence,deficiency of yang and deficiency of head,disturbance of brain orifices by wind,fire,phlegm and blood stasis.Treatment is based on nourishing deficiency and diarrhea.On the basis of calming liver and latent yang,the four methods of“calming liver and clearing heat,calming wind and fire,strengthening spleen and dampness,eliminating phlegm and turbid,removing blood stasis and unblocking collaterals to reach blood vessels,supplementing qi and blood to strengthen the body and the yuan”are applied simultaneously in clinical treatment.The validity of the case is expected,and a case is attached for the same purpose.
