集束化护理模式对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者肩关节功能恢复及生命质量的影响

Effect of cluster nursing mode on shoulder function recovery and quality of life of patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy

目的探讨集束化护理模式对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者肩关节功能恢复及生命质量的影响。方法选择2015年12月~2019年4月安徽理工大学第一附属医院行乳腺癌改良根治术患者160例,按随机数字表法分为试验组80例,对照组80例,对照组采用常规护理措施,试验组采用集束化护理模式进行干预。比较两组患者的患侧肩关节活动及术后生命质量状况。结果试验组患者术后患肢的肩关节外展活动度、肩关节旋转活动度、上举功能以及患者满意度均高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况、附加关注评分均高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论集束化护理模式对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者肩关节功能的恢复及生命质量的提高均有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing mode on shoulder function recovery and quality of life of patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy.Methods A total of 160 patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Science and Technology from December 2015 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a experimental group of 80 cases and a control group of 80 cases by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing measures,and the experimental group received cluster nursing mode for intervention.The lateral shoulder movement and postoperative quality of life of breast cancer patients in the two groups undergoing modified radical mastectomy were compared.Results The shoulder abduction activity,shoulder rotation activity,lifting function and patient satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were highly statistically significant(P<0.01);physiological condition,social/family status,emotional status,functional status and additional attention scores were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were highly statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The cluster nursing model has a positive effect on the restoration of shoulder joint function and the improvement of life quality in patients with improved radical breast cancer.
