医院宣传工作历来在医院管理工作中具有重要作用,海军军医大学附属公利医院近3年不断通过队伍建设、制度建设、内涵建设和科教建设等多方面进行宣传学科化建设,可以较好适应融媒体环境下的宣传策略,积极应对新医改背景下医疗服务市场的竞争压力,发挥正确舆论导向,树立医院良好形象,增进社会各界对医院的了解,不断增强医院的凝聚力、向心力和感召力,为融媒体环境下构建和谐医患关系、探索医院职能科室学科化建设作出积极贡献。

It is well-known that public hospital publicity is extremely important in hospital management.Gongli Hospital Affiliated to Naval Medical University continues to strengthen the disciplinary development of publicity by institutional construction,personnel development,project construction and science and research construction in recent 3 years,which can better adapt the publicity strategy under the media convergence environment,actively respond to the competitive pressure of medical service market in the situation of new medical reform,exert the right direction of public opinion,build up a good image of hospital,promote the understanding of hospital by all sectors of the community,continuously enhance the internal cohesion,solidarity and appeal as well as make a positive contribution in developing harmonious doctor-patient relationship under the media convergence environment and exploring disciplinary development of administrative departments in hospitals.
