基于新冠肺炎疫情的医院应急管理思考

Thoughts on hospital emergency management based on the COVID-19 pandemic

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情给医院正常诊疗工作带来巨大的影响。虽然我国国内疫情形式呈现向好趋势,但当前新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情正处于世界大流行的阶段。为了确保正常的医疗秩序,满足日益增长的就诊需求,医院应认真总结前一阶段疫情防控中的经验教训,补齐应急保障救治短板,建立健全医院应急管理长效机制,以彻底战胜新冠肺炎疫情,保障医院日常诊疗有序开展。

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic leads to a huge impact on the normal diagnosis and treatment of hospitals.Although the situation in China shows a positive trend,the current state of the COVID-19 is globally pandemic.In order to guarantee normal medical order and meet the growing demand for medical treatment,hospitals should earnestly summarize the experience and lessons in the prevention and control of epidemic situation in the previous stage,cope with the weakness of emergency treatment,and establish and improve a long-term mechanism of hospital emergency management,so as to thoroughly defeat the COVID-19 pandemic,and guarantee routine diagnosis and treatment in an orderly manner.
