地奥司明片治疗肛肠外科术后创缘水肿的临床疗效观察分析

Clinical observation and analysis of the effect of dioxinmin tablets on wound edema after anorectal surgery

目的:观察地奥司明片治疗肛肠外科术后创缘水肿的临床疗效。方法:随机抽取来我院肛肠外科接受手术治疗后出现创缘水肿的患者作为研究对象,选取其中的112例按照治疗方式的不同分成两组,分别是观察组和对照组,每组56例,对照组患者接受常规换药治疗,而观察组患者在此基础上接受地奥司明片治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、不同时间段的水肿积分情况、患者的生活质量评分、疼痛症状和创面愈合时间。结果:观察组患者的临床有效率显著高于对照组,与对照组的数值相比较,观察组患者的生活质量评分明显更高,其疼痛症状评分显著较低,创面愈合时间较短,各指标数值对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用地奥司明片治疗肛肠外科术后创缘水肿患者,可有效缓解患者的疼痛和水肿症状,缩短伤口愈合时间,其效果更显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Diosmin tablets in the treatment of postoperative anal tract edema.Method Randomized patients who received surgical edema after surgical treatment in anorectal surgery in our hospital were selected as subjects in this study.112 of them were divided into two groups according to the treatment mode, namely observation group and control group.56 patients in each group, the control group received conventional dressing treatment, and the observation group received Diosmin tablets on this basis, comparing the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients, edema scores at different time periods, life of patients Quality score, pain symptoms and wound healing time.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Compared with the control group, the quality of life score was significantly higher in the observation group, the pain symptom was significantly lower, and the wound healing time was shorter.The difference in numerical value of each index had obvious research significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of postoperative anal sphincter edema with diosmin tablets can effectively alleviate the symptoms of pain and edema, shorten the wound healing time, and the effect is more significant.
