On the Frontier Administration of Emperor Taizong of Tang from Pacifying Syr Tardush Tribe

唐太宗李世民在位期间,唐朝边境存在着大大小小众多的少数民族政权,对于建立不久的唐王朝存在一定的威胁和不安的因素,唐太宗运用一些军事、政治、经济等手段或武力镇压、或怀柔安抚、或册封笼络等方式解决了唐朝建立初期边疆问题,从平定北疆的薛延陀部可以看出唐太宗的边疆经略方式和手段。

During the reign of Emperor Taizong of Tang,there were many minority nationalities in the border of the Tang Dynasty,having posed certain threatening and disturbing factors in the early Tang Dynasty.Li Shimin,the Emperor Taizong of Tang,resorted to some military,political,economic and other means,force suppression,mollification and conciliation,conferring titles and winning over to settle down the frontier issues in the early founding of the Tang Dynasty.From pacifying the northern Syr Tardush tribe of Xue,it was easy to see Emperor Taizong’s approaches to the frontier administration.
