sd-LDL水平与冠心病发病的相关性及对血清CHO、TG、LDL水平的影响 被引量:7

The Correlation Between Sd-LDL Levels and the Incidence of Coronary Heart Disease and Its Effect on Serum CHO,TG and LDL Levels

摘要 目的讨论小而密低密度脂蛋白(small dense low-density lipoprotein,sd-LDL)水平与冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)发病的相关性及对血清胆固醇(cholesterol,CHO)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL)水平的影响。方法随机抽选于2017年6月至2018年9月期间我院心血管内科收治的120例冠心病患者纳入实验组,其中有66例男性,54例女性;再选取同一时段入院接受健康体检的135例受检对象纳入对照组,64例男性,71例女性。两组均进行sd-LDL、CHO、TG、LDL水平检测。评价及对比两组的各项指标检测水平、冠心病发病的Logistic回归分析、两组不同性别的检测情况。结果实验组的血清sd-LDL、CHO、LDL水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),而TG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,实验组中女性的TG水平明显提高(P<0.05),而实验组中男性与对照组的TG水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经冠心病发病的Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、血清sd-LDL水平变化是冠心病独立危险因素。实验组的血清sd-LDL与TG、CHO、LDL水平呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论冠心病独立危险因素包括了年龄、血清sd-LDL水平,临床上应当在常规血脂检测中加强血清sd-LDL的检测,可有效预测冠心病早期阶段,对预防控制冠心病发生发展具有积极意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship between small and dense low-density lipoprotein(sd-LDL)levels and the incidence of coronary heart disease(CHD)and serum cholesterol(CHO),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)levels.Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our Cardiovascular Medicine from June,2017 to September,2018 were enrolled in the experimental group.Among them,66 were males and 54 were females.During the same time,135 subjects underwent physical examination were enrolled in the control group,with 64 males and 71 females.Both groups were tested for sd-LDL,CHO,TG and LDL levels and results were compared.We also compared the output of the logistic regression analysis of the incidence of coronary heart disease,and the detection of different genders in the two groups.Results The serum levels of sd-LDL,CHO and LDL in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of TG.Compared with the control group,the TG level of females in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the males in the experimental group had no significant difference in TG level from the control groups(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis of the incidence of coronary heart disease showed that age and serum sd-LDL levels were independent risk factors for coronary heart disease.Serum sd-LDL in the experimental group was positively correlated with TG,CHO and LDL levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The independent risk factors of coronary heart disease include age and serum sd-LDL level.It is clinically critical to strengthen the detection of serum sd-LDL in routine blood lipid test,which can effectively predict the early stage of coronary heart disease and faciliate the prevention and control of coronary heart disease.
