摘要
放射免疫显像(radioimmuno imaging,RII)是一种将放射性同位素通过特殊的方法标记到高特异性的单克隆抗体上,结合PET断层扫描的高灵敏度、高分辨率和定量分析的特点,实现对单抗的高灵敏性的示踪与定量,在体内进行“广泛的免疫组化并进行高精度染色”的检测方法。89Zr这种核素具有相对较长的半衰期,较适合标记完整抗体,89Zr标记完整抗体后进行免疫PET显像可以实时、无创地进行全身病灶的受体表达情况的监测,协助研究者了解单抗在体内的行为与功效,在早期诊断、筛选癌症患者阳性转移灶、指导治疗计划、靶向治疗的预后评价等多方面都有较高的临床价值。
Radioimmunoimaging(RII)is a kind of detection method that marks radioisotopes on high-specific monoclonal antibodies by special methods.Combined with the characteristics of high sensitivity,high resolution and quantitative analysis of pet tomographic scanning,we can use this method to trace and quantify monoclonal antibodies with a high sensitivity,and carry out the detection method of“extensive immunohistochemistry and high-precision staining”in vivo.89Zr nuclide has a relatively long half-life.It can be used to monitor the receptor expression of whole-body lesions in real time and noninvasively by labeling complete antibody and immune-PET imaging,and help researchers to understand the behavior and efficacy of monoclonal antibody in vivo.It has a strong clinical value in the early diagnosis,also screening of positive metastasis in cancer patients,further to guide the treatment plan,prognosis evaluation of targeted treatment and so on.
