美国高校艺术教育现状及启示

The Situation and Enlightenment of Art Education in American Universities

美国艺术类高校注重培养学生的批判性思维、创造性解决问题的能力、善于沟通的能力以及勤奋工作的精神。基于此培养目标,美国高校秉承"以学生为中心"的办学理念,实现个性化教育;设置了与时俱进的课程体系;搭建了跨学科专业实践平台,培养学生参与社区服务的能力;主张文化的多样性与包容性,培养学生大格局的文化意识。借鉴美国的这些理念和措施,我国应改革高校艺术教育人才培养体制,注重课外艺术实践教学,营造宽松自由的艺术氛围,加强国际交流和合作。

American universities of art pay attention to the cultivation of students'critical thinking,creative problem-solving ability,good communication ability and the spirit of hard work.Based on this talent training goal,American universities carry on the educational concept of“student-centered”to realize personalized education,set up a curriculum system that keeps pace with the times,build an interdisciplinary professional practice platform to cultivate students*ability to participate in community service,and cultivate their cultural awareness of overall pattern with cultural diversity and inclusiveness.Drawing on these ideas and measures of the US,China should reform the talent training system of art education in universities,pay attention to extracurricular art practice teaching,create a loose and free art atmosphere,and strengthen international exchange and cooperation.
