摘要
通过分析172名理工类高校在校大学生创新行为的数据发现,责任心、经验开放性、情绪稳定性会对大学生创新行为产生直接的正向影响,创新动机在大五人格部分特质与大学生创新行为之间存在中介效应。高校应根据不同人格特质学生进行因材施教,培养大学生的责任意识,搭建经验交流平台,开设情绪管理课程,以改进创新教育,提升大学生的创新能力。
By analyzing the data of innovative behavior of 172 university students of science and technology,it is shown that responsiljility,openness of experience and emotional stability will have a direct positive impact on innovation behavior of university students,and there is an intermediary effect between some characteristics of the big five personality traits and innovative behavior of university students.Universities should teach students based on their aptitude according to different personality characteristics,cultivate their sense of responsibility,build a platform for experience exchange,and offer emotional management courses so as to improve innovative education and enhance the innovative ability of university students.
