摘要
高校体育具有强健身体、德行规范、脑力提升以及激励引导等育人功能。目前,高校体育教育存在育人环境制度建设方面相对滞后、容易受到外部大环境的冲击和干扰、体育活动中主体错位和体育教师的育人素质有待提升等问题。高校要为体育育人功能的发挥与教育环境的创新提供制度保障,营造良好的育人氛围,突出学生在体育育人活动中的主体地位,培养专业的师资队伍。
College physical education has the educational functions of strengthening their bodies,standardizing their morality,improving their brain,and encouraging and guiding them.But at present,there are some problems in the construction of physical education environment in colleges,such as the comparative lag in the ueducationenvironment system,the vulnerability to the impact and interference of the external environment,the dislocation of the subject of sports activities and the quality of physical education teachers still to be improved.Colleges should provide system guarantee for the innovation of sports“education”function and educational environment,create a good atmosphere,highlight the subjective status of students in sports education activities and cultivate professional teachers.
