摘要
茎土分离装置是甘草挖掘机的核心组成部分,其工作性能直接影响甘草挖掘后与土壤的分离效果。针对自主研制的甘草挖掘机,设计了一种振动式茎土分离装置,通过ADAMS软件对该分离装置进行运动学仿真分析,选取振动机构前端点、后端点及质心,通过仿真求解得出不同位置的合速度及合位移的变化曲线。结果表明,各机构相应的运动参数基本满足预期的要求,为整机优化设计提供了理论依据。
The stem soil separation device is the core part of a licorice excavator,and its working performance directly affects the separation effect.In this paper,a vibrating stem soil separation device was designed for a self-developed licorice excavator.Through the ADAMS software,the kinematics simulation analysis of the stem soil separation device was carried out,and the front-end point,back-end point and the center of mass of the vibration mechanism were selected.The change curves of closing velocity and closing displacement at different positions were obtained through the simulation solution.The results show that the corresponding motion parameters of each mechanism basically meet the expected requirements,providing theoretical basis for the optimization design of the whole machine.
