摘要
目前,提高钢水纯净度、进一步严格控制钢中大尺寸夹杂物成为提高轴承钢产品质量的关键。传统检测方法由于检测体积有限,结果不全面,难以评估高端轴承钢的纯净度水平。超声波水浸探伤作为一种非接触式检测方法,可检测一定体积的钢材产品的缺陷,且检测速率快,稳定性好,探头磨损小,在纯净度评估中的应用逐渐引起重视。文章以国内某厂实际生产的高碳铬轴承钢试样为研究对象,采用水浸超声技术对其进行检测,借助图像分析仪对检验结果及纯净度进行合理评估,并结合扫描电镜对检验结果进行验证,为高洁净度轴承钢冶炼过程中大尺寸夹杂物的成因分析及产品纯净度的改善提供方向。
Recently improving the purity of molten steel and controlling the macro inclusion have become the key point to improve the quality of bearing steel.However,it is difficult to evaluate the cleanliness of high grade bearing steel due to the limited tested volume and incomplete results of traditional testing methods.Hence,as a non-contact inspection method,the application of water-immersion ultrasonic test for bearing steel has drawn much attention as it has merits of high speed and good stability while testing a large mount of volume.In this article,the water immersion ultrasonic technology combined with the image analyzer is adopted to inspect the samples of high carbon chromium bearing steel to evaluate the cleanliness,which has provided the direction for analysis and improvement of purity of bearing steel.
