差异化视角下生产性服务业对经济增长的贡献差异分析

Difference on the Contribution of Producer Services to Economic Growth from the Perspective of Differentiation

选择中国内地286个地级及以上城市为研究对象,根据各地区经济基础差异,将其划分为经济高水平区和经济低水平区两类,运用C-D生产函数,构建2003—2017年的空间面板数据模型,分析不同经济基础区域生产性服务业发展对经济增长的贡献。结果表明:①经济高水平区与低水平区城市经济增长均具有显著的空间依赖性,研究期内低水平区的空间相关性呈不断上升趋势,高水平区的空间相关性则趋于平稳。②经济高水平区与低水平区的生产性服务业发展均能显著促进区域内经济水平提高,同时对周边城市经济增长产生正向的溢出效应。③与低水平区相比,经济高水平区的空间溢出效应更大,生产性服务业在经济高水平地区更容易实现对经济增长的贡献。④针对生产性服务业经济增长的贡献弹性进行时空差异分析,发现高产出弹性地区主要分布在我国三大中心性区域与呼(和浩特)包(头)鄂(尔多斯)地区。

According to the differences of regional economic bases,China’s 286 prefecture-level cities are divided into developed areas and backward areas.By using C-D production function build the spatial panel data model from 2003 to 2017,analyze the contribution of producer services development to economic growth in different economic base areas.The research conclusions are as following:Firstly,the urban economic growth in both regions has significant spatial dependence.During the study period,the spatial correlation of backward regions was on the rise,while that of developed regions tended to be stable.Secondly,the development of producer services in developed and backward areas can significantly improve the regional economic level and have positive spillover effect on the economic growth of surrounding cities.Thirdly,compared with the backward regions,the spatial spillover effect of the developed regions is greater,which shows that producer services in the developed regions are easier to realize their contribution to economic growth.Finally,the spatio-temporal difference analysis of the contribution elasticity of producer services to economic growth shows that the areas with high output elasticity are mainly distributed in three central regions and Hu-Bao-E regions.
