摘要
热基镀锌板蜈蚣纹缺陷是厚规格、厚锌层热基镀锌产品常见的一种表面缺陷,其影响产品美观,并且耐腐蚀性较差。采用金相显微镜、辉光分析、激光共聚焦分析、能谱分析及酸洗后基板表面分析等手段,对某厂热基镀锌板蜈蚣纹缺陷进行了研究。结果表明,镀锌过程中产生的轻微机械划伤,导致了基板表面出现了微小的缺陷,在镀锌时缺陷处更易满足锌层形核条件,局部大量形核,产生了蜈蚣纹缺陷。通过加强现场管理,强化对厚规格、厚锌层产品的冷却,缺陷有了明显改观,实物质量满足了下游用户使用要求。
Centipede grain defect is a common surface defect of thick specification and thick zinc layer hot-dip galvanized products,which affects the appearance of product and has poor corrosion resistance.The centipede defects of hot-dip galvanized sheet in a factory were studied by means of metallographic microscope,glow analysis,laser confocal analysis,energy spectrum analysis and surface analysis after pickling.The results show that the slight mechanical scratch produced in the process of galvanizing results in the tiny defects on the surface of the substrate,which is easier to meet the nucleation conditions of the zinc layer when galvanizing,and a large number of local nucleation results in centipede pattern defects.Through strengthening on-site management and strengthening the cooling of products with thick specifications and thick zinc layer,the defects have been significantly improved,and the physical quality meets the requirements of downstream users.
