河钢石钢中棒材质量提升技术改进 被引量:2

摘要 为优化中棒成品表面质量、弯曲度以及控冷工艺水平,满足高端用户对产品质量的要求,河钢石钢对中棒轧钢车间进行了设备改进、工艺优化和流程创新。将推钢式冷床的链接部位由柱销结构和螺栓连接改成榫卯结构,开发了翻板式多功能圆钢收集槽,设计制造了整体成品出口导管系统,同时优化了650轧机孔型系统,设计制作了长3 m的“之”字型带导轮的成品进口矫直导卫,在非调质钢冷却过程中自制了雾化冷却器等。优化措施实施后,增加了中棒线高端产品产量,降低了成品弯曲度,提升了成品性能。 In order to optimize the surface quality,bending degree and cooling control technology level of the finished products of the medium rod,and meet the requirements of high-end users for product quality,the equipment improvement,process optimization and process innovation of the medium rod rolling workshop were carried out in HBIS Shisteel.A series of measures have been carried out,such as the connection part of pusher type cooling bed is changed from pin structure and bolt connection to mortise and tenon structure;a multi-functional round steel collecting trough with flap is developed;the overall finished product outlet conduit system is designed and manufactured;the pass system of 650 rolling mill is optimized;the finished product import straightening guide of"Zhi"shaped guide wheel with a length of 3 m is designed and manufactured;the atomizing cooler is self-made during the cooling process of non-quenched steel.After the implementation of the optimization measures,the output of high-end products of medium rod line is increased,the bending degree of finished products is reduced,and the performance of finished products is improved.
