河钢塞钢热轧生产线技术创新 被引量:1

摘要 针对河钢塞钢热轧产线的落后现状,探讨了其热轧设备和自动化系统存在的问题。通过改造加热炉系统,拆研重组粗轧机,新增除鳞泵,升级精轧自动化系统,改善辊型匹配,生产成本和设备能源消耗大幅度降低,轧辊更换周期有效延长,热轧产品瓢曲缺陷由0.10%降至0.03%,提升了产品质量和技术经济指标。 In view of the backward situation of the hot rolling production line of HBIS Serbia,the existing problems of its hot rolling equipment and automation system are discussed.By reforming the heating furnace system,disassembling and reforming the roughing mill,adding descaling pumps,upgrading the finishing automation system,improving the roll shape matching,the production cost and energy consumption of equipment are greatly reduced,the roll replacement cycle is effectively prolonged,the bucking of hot rolled products is reduced from 0.10%to 0.03%,which improves the product quality and technical and economic indicators.
