摘要
为满足热基镀锌工艺过程控制要求和产品特点,进行了加热炉焦炉煤气热值补偿技术的研究。通过在焦炉煤气中添加天然气提高并稳定燃气热值;同时优化加热炉空燃比,消除焦炉煤气热值波动对加热炉直燃段还原性气氛和温度的影响,确保热镀锌生产线正常运行和镀层粘附性符合要求。该技术的成功应用,可为同类型企业提供参考。
In order to meet the process control requirements and product characteristics of hot-dip galvanizing,the gas calorific value compensation technology of hot-dip galvanizing coke oven is studied.The normal operation of the production line is ensured and the coating adhesion meet the requirements by adding natural gas into coke oven gas to increase the calorific value,optimizing the air-fuel ratio of heating furnace and eliminating the influence of calorific value fluctuation of coke oven gas on reducing atmosphere and temperature in direct combustion section of heating furnace.The successful application of the technology can provide reference for similar enterprises.
