中毒相关性抽搐的诊治进展

抽搐是临床常见症状,可表现为癫痫持续状态,严重威胁患者生命健康.抽搐病因及机制复杂,早期诊断及临床治疗对患者预后至关重要.近年来,中毒性抽搐常有报道,成为临床不可忽视的问题.本文主要对抽搐概念、抽搐病因及机制、常见中毒相关性抽搐及诊疗进展做一综述.

Convulsions are common clinical symptoms,which can be manifested as status epilepticus,and seriously threaten the lives of patients.The causes and mechanisms of convulsions are complex.Early diagnosis and clinical treatment are very important for the prognosis of patients.In recent years,toxicity-related convulsions have often been reported and become a clinical problem that can not be ignored.This article introduces the concept of convulsions,the causes and mechanism of convulsions,the common toxicity-related convulsions,and the progress of diagnosis and treatment.
