摘要
为了满足矿用锚索张拉机具张拉性能试验需要,对张拉机具传统试验方法进行了分析,结合张拉机具工作原理和发展趋势,确定了新型试验装置的试验方法和设计参数,完成了试验装置的总体方案设计。从结构组成、功能实现、便于操作、安全防护、绿色环保、人机工程学等方面进行了机械结构设计,结合张拉性能试验装置测试原理,完成了测控系统设计。该试验装置的研制不但满足标准规定的试验要求,试验过程与张拉机具作业工况更为接近,试验方法更加科学、安全,同时减轻了试验人员的劳动强度,提高了试验过程的安全性和测试数据的准确性与便捷性。
In order to meet the testing requirements for the tension performance of the anchor cable tensioning facility,the traditional test methods for the tensioning facility were analyzed.Based on the working principle and development trend of the tensioning facility,the test methods and design parameters of the new test device were determined,and the overall scheme of the test device was designed.The mechanical structure was designed from the structural composition,function realization,easy operation,safe protection,green environmental protection,ergonomics,etc.,and the measurement and control system was designed based on the testing principle of the test device for tension performance.The test device met the testing requirements specified in the standard,the test process was close to the working condition of the tensioning facility,and the test method was more scientific and safe.At the same time,the labor intensity of the test personnel reduced,and the safety of the test process as well as the accuracy and convenience of the test data improved.
