基于模糊FTA的翻车机液压系统状态监测与故障诊断 被引量:2

State monitoring and fault diagnosis on hydraulic system of car dumper based on fuzzy FTA

摘要 针对翻车机液压系统中压车梁液压缸无法保压的现象,在分析了该系统工作原理的基础上,建立了该问题故障树,对系统进行了模糊故障树分析。用梯形模糊数描述了底事件与顶事件发生概率,确定了底事件对顶事件发生的危害程度,根据模糊重要度分析结果对底事件进行排序,进而对危害程度较高的底事件进行分析与现场改进。翻车机系统状态监测结果表明,该方法能准确有效地进行故障诊断,分析系统的可靠性,为系统薄弱环节的诊断和评价提供了重要依据。 Since the cylinder of the dumper locking beam in the hydraulic system of the car dumper failed to keep the pressure,after the working principle of the hydraulic system being analyzed,the fault tree about the issue was built,and the fuzzy fault tree analysis was conducted.The trapezoidal fuzzy number was applied to narrate the occurrence probability of the top event and the bottom events,and the harm degree of the bottom events to the top event was identified.In addition,the bottom events were ranked according to the analysis results of the fuzzy importance,and then the bottom events with higher harm degree were analyzed and improved in field.The state monitoring on the car dumper showed the method accurately and effectively diagnosed the fault and analyze the system reliability,which offered important reference for the diagnosis and evaluation of the weakness of the system.
