研磨介质形状对球磨机特性影响的DEM模拟研究 被引量:3

Research on influence of grinding media shape on operation characteristics of ball mill based on DEM simulation

摘要 为了探究研磨介质形状对球磨机工作特性的影响,采用DEM方法对球磨机内不同形状研磨介质的工作状态进行了模拟,其中研磨介质采用超椭球颗粒模型描述。模拟结果表明,当球磨机的转速相同时,圆柱形研磨介质相对于球形研磨介质,其在球磨机中的头部、肩部以及冲击趾部位置较高,且球磨机耗能较高,造成更严重的衬板磨损;就碰撞能量而言,圆柱形研磨介质的碰撞频率和能量耗散率的分布相对于球形研磨介质而言更加均匀。 To investigate the influence of the shape of the grinding media on the working characteristics of the ball mill,the working condition of the grinding media with different shape in the ball mill was simulated by using DEM method,and the grinding ball was narrated by super-ellipsoid particle model.The simulation results showed:at the same rotary velocity of the ball mill,compared with the spherical grinding media,the cylindrical grinding media had higher location at the head,shoulder and impact toe of the ball mill,and the energy consumption of the ball mill was higher,which led to more serious wear of liner;as to the impact energy,the impact frequency and the distribution of energy dissipation rate of the cylindrical grinding media were more uniform than that of the spherical grinding media.
