水性超薄重防腐涂料的相关性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 合成了一种新型水性无机富锌涂料,仅需喷涂一道40μm以下的超薄单涂层即可满足重防腐的需求;它还具有优异的涂装性能,对基材处理要求较低,能够满足在现场的大规模涂装;二次修补能力强,工艺简便等。其将会改变以往防腐涂料只有厚膜化多道涂层才能长效重防腐的状况。 A new type of waterborne inorganic zinc-rich coatings was synthesized. An ultra-thin single coatings film of 40 microns or less can meet the requirements of anticorrosion;it has excellent coatings performance to meet the requirements of large-scale spraying, and low requirements for substrate treatment;the secondary repair ability is strong, and the process is convenient. Its appearance will subvert the traditional concept that only thick film with multiple coatings layers can last long among anticorrosive coatings.
