摘要
乳液聚合过程受单体结构、乳化剂、引发剂、聚合工艺的影响,此外还受乳液聚合体系中电解质的影响。系统地研究了电解质的用量对乳胶凝胶率、粒径分布、钙离子稳定性、机械稳定性以及耐水白性的影响。
The emulsion polymerization process is influenced by the monomer structure, emulsifier, initiator, polymerization process as well as electrolyte in the emulsion polymerization system. In this paper, the effects of electrolyte dosage on emulsion gel fraction, particle size distribution, calcium ion stability, mechanical stability and water white resistance are systematically investigated.
