FOXP1和PKD2在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨叉头框蛋白P1(FOXP1)和蛋白激酶D2(PKD2)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2012年11月-2016年3月就诊的98例子宫内膜癌并行手术治疗患者为研究对象,将98份子宫内膜癌癌变组织纳入研究组,98份距离癌组织边缘5 cm以上的正常组织纳入对照组。检测两组FOXP1和PKD2表达情况,分析子宫内膜癌组织中FOXP1、PKD2表达与患者临床病理特征和预后的相关性。结果研究组PKD2高表达率高于对照组,FOXP1高表达率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。PKD2和FOXP1表达与子宫内膜癌患者的病理类型、FIGO分期、病理分级、肌层浸润深度有关(P<0.05),与子宫内膜癌患者的年龄、淋巴结转移情况均无明显关系(P>0.05)。子宫内膜癌患者1年生存率为92.86%(91/98),2年生存率为86.73%(85/98),3年生存率为80.61%(79/98)。单因素分析显示:子宫内膜癌患者预后与FIGO分期、病理分级、肌层浸润深度、PKD2表示、FOXP1表达相关(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示:FIGO分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、肌层浸润深度>1/2、PKD2高表达、FOXP1低表达为子宫内膜癌患者预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论在子宫内膜癌组织中,PKD2高表达,FOXP1低表达。FIGO分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、肌层浸润深度>1/2、PKD2高表达、FOXP1低表达为子宫内膜癌患者预后的危险因素。 Objective To explore the expressions and clinical significance of FOXP1 and PKD2 in endometrial carcinoma.Methods From November 2012 to March 2016,98 patients were diagnosed as endometrial carcinoma and treated by surgery,then 98 samples of endometrial carcinoma tissue were selected as study group,and 98 samples of normal endometrial tissue with the distance to endometrial carcinoma tissue more than 5 cm were selected as control group.The expressions of FOXP1 and PKD2 were detected.The correlations between expressions of FOXP1,PKD2 in endometrial carcinoma tissues and clinicopathological features,prognosis were analyzed.Results The high expression rate of PKD2 in study group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group,while the high expression rate of FOXP1 in study group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The expressions of FOXP1 and PKD2 were correlated with pathological type,FIGO stage,pathological grade,and depth of myometrial invasion of patients with endometrial carcinoma(P<0.05),which were not correlated with age and lymph node metastasis of patients with endometrial carcinoma(P>0.05).The one-year,two-year,and three-year survival rates of patients with endometrial carcinoma were 92.86%(91/98),86.73%(85/98),and 80.61%(79/98),respectively.Univariate analysis showed that the prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma was correlated with FIGO stage,pathological grade,depth of myometrial invasion,PKD2 expression,and FOXP1 expression(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that FIGO stage(Ⅲ-Ⅳ),depth of myometrial invasion>1/2,high expression of PKD2,low expression of FOXP1 were risk factors of prognosis of endometrial carcinoma patients(P<0.05).Conclusion High expression of PKD2 and low expression of FOXP1 in endometrial carcinoma patients are observed,FIGO stage(Ⅲ-Ⅳ),depth of myometrial invasion>1/2,high expression of PKD2,low expression of FOXP1 are risk factors of prognosis of endometrial carcinoma patients.
