摘要
阴道微生物群组作为与人体共生的微生物群落之一,对维持女性正常阴道微生态环境起着关键作用。正常的阴道微生物群是以乳酸杆菌为优势菌、结构较为单一的群落,一旦其结构发生改变,将处于失衡状态,引起阴道感染,发展成细菌性阴道病等疾病,甚至会造成宫颈发育不良,最终发展成为宫颈恶性肿瘤。越来越多的研究表明,阴道微生物群失衡对宫颈癌的发生发展进程产生重要影响,例如人乳头瘤病毒感染和宫颈上皮内瘤变等,均与阴道微生物群存在相关关系。本文基于目前研究进展,对阴道微生物群组的结构组成及其与宫颈癌发生发展的相关性进行综述并对目前该领域的研究作出展望和建议。
As one of the microbial communities associated with human body,vaginal microflora plays a key role in maintaining the normal vaginal microecological environment of women.The normal vaginal microflora is a relatively simple community with Lactobacillus as the dominant bacterium.Once its structure changes,it will be in an unbalanced state,causing vaginal infection,developing into bacterial vaginosis and other diseases,and even causing cervical dysplasia,which eventually develops into cervical malignancy.More and more studies have shown that imbalance of vaginal microflora has an important impact on the occurrence and development of cervical cancer,such as human papillomavirus infection,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,etc.,all of which are related to vaginal microflora.Based on the current research progress,this paper reviews the structure and composition of vaginal microflora and its correlation with the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.Prospects and suggestions are made for the current research in this field.
