目前云南地方高校图书馆的科研工作普遍存在管理体系不完善、科研积极性不高、科研能力不足等问题,需要通过完善管理、内部挖潜、搭建平台、纵横联合、融入社会等途径,提升科研水平和科研能力。

At present,the scientific research work of Yunnan local university libraries generally has the problems of imperfect management system,low enthusiasm for scientific research and insufficient scientific research ability,so it is necessary to improve the level of scientific research and scientific research ability through the ways of perfecting management,digging potential inside,building platforms,combining vertically and horizontally,integrating into society and so on.
