摘要 “互联网+”时代背景下,钢铁企业的员工培训面临着新的挑战,优化企业培训体系是钢铁企业在新形势下提升综合实力的重要途径。通过钢铁企业员工培训状况调查,以呈现的突出问题为切入点,提出从强化顶层设计、系统分析培训需求、提高员工参与度、培训实施结合方式重多元、培训评估突实质等方面论述解决问题的对策,为优化培训模式提供有效路径。 Under the background of“Internet+”era,the staff training of steel enterprises is facing new challenges.Using Internet information technology and optimizing enterprise training system is an important way for steel enterprises to improve their comprehensive strength under the new situation.Through the survey of the training situation of employees in iron and steel enterprises,taking the analysis of prominent issues as the starting point,the issues of problem solving are discussed from the aspects of strengthening the top-level design,systematically analyzing training needs,increasing employee participation,furthering the hybrid training model,constructing a scientific training evaluation system,and providing an effective path for optimizing training modules.
