摘要
采用随机区组法把3种实蝇诱粘剂按4个不同挂放量处理,对危害蜂糖李的果实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis进行田间诱杀试验,结果表明,几种诱粘剂对果实蝇均有诱杀效果,挂放8张实蝇粘胶板的防治效果最佳,防效达81.39%;其次是挂放9张实蝇粘胶板处理,防效为79.07%;挂放5个诱蝇球处理,防治效果仅为53.49%。防控时间为4月中旬至6月下旬,5月初至6月初为最佳的防控期,防效比最大。回归分析表明,果实蝇成虫发生量与温度存在显著正相关,与湿度无明显相关关系。实蝇粘胶板具有有效诱捕面积大,操作方便的特点,既能较好地控制果实蝇为害,也能用于监测果实成虫期发生动态,每667m2挂放8~9张实蝇粘胶板成本仅48~56元,值得在生产实践中推广运用。
In this paper,a random block method of 3 Bactrocera dorsalis attractants,4 different amount treatments was used in the field experiment of Bactrocera dorsalis which harmed plum.The results showed that the t3 attractants had trapping effect on Bactrocera dorsalis.The control effect of hanging 8 pieces of glue board of Bactrocera dorsalis was the best,which was 81.39%,followed by hanging 9 pieces of glue board of Bactrocera dorsalis,which was 79.07%,and the control effect of hanging five Bactrocera dorsalis trapping balls was only 53.49%.The prevention and control period was from mid-April to late June,and the best period was from early May to early June,with the largest control efficiency ratio.The results of regression analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the occurrence of Bactrocera dorsalis adults and temperature,but no significant correlation with humidity.The glue board of Bactrocera dorsalis had the characteristics of large effective trapping area and convenient operation.It can not only control the damage of Bactrocera dorsalis,but also monitor the occurrence of adult Bactrocera dorsalis.The cost of hanging 8-9 pieces of glue boards of Bactrocera dorsalis was only 48-56 yuan/667m2,which was worthy to popularize.
