长链非编码RNA在头颈肿瘤中的异常表达

Abnormal expression of lncRNAs in head and neck tumors

头颈肿瘤是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,主要有喉癌、鼻咽癌、下咽癌和甲状腺癌等。长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNAs,lncRNAs)已被报道参与广泛的生物学过程,特别是癌症发生和发展过程中的关键调控者。本文就在头颈肿瘤中异常表达的lncRNAs调控机制及研究进展做一综述。

Head and neck cancers(HNCs)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world,laryngeal cancer,nasopharynx cancer,hypopharyngeal cancer and thyroid cancer.Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)have been reported to participate in a broad scope of biological processes,especially in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.In this review,we focus on lncRNAs that are dysregulated in HNCs,summarize the molecular mechanisms of lncRNAs in HNC carcinogenesis and progression.
