摘要
下咽癌的治疗理念多为延长生存期、保留喉功能、改善生存质量。诱导化疗后根据患者反应情况进行放化疗或手术的个性化、综合化治疗模式是临床研究关注的热点之一,靶向药物的加入可进一步改善患者预后。值得注意的是,因人种、患者身体状况等差异,药物的选择及用药剂量存在争议。本文分析以往的临床试验资料,总结诱导化疗在下咽癌中的治疗历程,探讨诱导化疗及靶向治疗的应用价值,为未来下咽癌的临床诊疗提供参考。
The treatment concept of hypopharyngeal cancer is to prolong survival,preserve laryngeal function,and improve quality of life.Individualized and integrated treatment mode of radiotherapy or chemotherapy according to patient response after induction chemotherapy is one of the hotspots of clinical research,the addition of targeted drugs can further improve the prognosis of patients.It is worth noting that due to differences in races and patients'physical conditions,the choice of drugs and the amount of drugs used are controversial.This article analyzes the previous clinical trial data,summarizes the treatment history of induction chemotherapy in hypopharynx carcinoma,discusses the application value of induction chemotherapy and targeted therapy,and provides reference for the future clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypopharynx carcinoma.
