携带与未携带松材线虫的松墨天牛成虫爬行能力研究

摘要 为明确寄生松材线虫(Bursapheleuchus xylophil)是否会对松墨天牛(Monochamus alternatus Hope)运动能力造成影响,对携带松材线虫与未携带松材线虫的松墨天牛雌雄成虫对其水平和垂直爬行能力进行了分析。结果表明,未携带松材线虫的松墨天牛雌雄成虫间水平和垂直爬行能力无差异(P>0.05);携带松材线虫的松墨天牛雌雄成虫间水平爬行能力有显著差异(P<0.05),垂直爬行能力无差异(P>0.05);携带松材线虫与未携带松材线虫的雌成虫水平爬行能力存在极显著性差异(P<0.01),垂直爬行能力存在显著性差异(P<0.05);携带松材线虫与未携带松材线虫的雄成虫水平爬行能力有显著性差异(P<0.05),垂直爬行能力无差异(P>0.05),携带松材线虫的松墨天牛爬行距离均高于未携带松材线虫的松墨天牛。由此可见,携带松材线虫对松墨天牛的爬行探寻能力有一定促进作用,且对雌虫的影响更突出,这使得松墨天牛对环境的适应能力增强,也导致松材线虫进一步扩散繁殖。 To determine whether parasitic Bursapheleuchus xylophil has an effect on the crawling capability of Monochamus alternatus Hope,the horizontal and vertical crawling capability of male and female adults of Malternatus alternatus Hope with and without Bursapheleuchus xylophil was analyzed.The results show that there is no difference in the horizontal and vertical crawling capability of male and female adults of Malternatus alternatus Hope without Bursapheleuchus xylophil(P>0.05);there is a significant difference in horizontal crawling capability of male and female adults of Malternatus alternatus Hope with Bursapheleuchus xylophil(P<0.05),while there is no difference in their vertical crawling capability(P>0.05);there is a highly significant difference in the horizontal crawling capability of female adults of Malternatus alternatus Hope with and without Bursapheleuchus xylophil(P<0.01),while there is a significant difference in their vertical crawling capability(P<0.05);there is a significant difference in the horizontal crawling capability of male adults of Malternatus alternatus Hope with and without Bursapheleuchus xylophil(P<0.05),while there is no difference in their vertical crawling capability(P>0.05),and the crawling distance of the Malternatus alternatus Hope with Bursapheleuchus xylophil is farther than that of the Malternatus alternatus Hope without Bursapheleuchus xylophil.It can be seen that carrying Bursapheleuchus xylophil can promote the crawling capability of the Malternatus alternatus Hope,and has a more prominent influence on female Malternatus alternatus Hope,which enhances the adaptability of Malternatus alternatus Hope to the environment and more easily leads to the proliferation of Bursapheleuchus xylophil.
