摘要
采用苏丹红7B、黄连素-苯胺兰、calcoflour white、hoechst 33342、甲苯胺兰等染色法,对莼菜(Brasenia schreberi J.F.Gmel.)活体黏液毛解剖结构、组织化学和离子通透性生理特征进行了研究。结果表明,莼菜黏液毛是幼叶表皮向外突出的单个细胞,具黏液泡和腺毛,基部具2个木质化和脂质的碟状体,并连接黏液泡膜和腺毛膜。黏液泡膜和腺毛膜具有糖蛋白,原生质体具多种纹饰。离子通透性实验结果表明,幼嫩期黏液泡膜和腺毛膜很少吸收离子,成熟期吸收较多离子,衰老期几乎不吸收离子。
The staining methods,such as Sudan 7B,berberine,aniline blue,calcoflour white,hoechst 33342,toluidine blue and so on,were used to study the physiological characteristics of anatomical structure,histochemistry and ion permeability of mucilaginous hairs of Brasenia schreberi J.F.Gmel.in vivo.The results show that the mucilaginous hairs of Brasenia schreberi are single cells with mucous vesicles and glandular hairs protruding outward from the epidermis of young leaves,and there are two lignified and lipid ephyrae at the base,which connects the mucous vesicle membrane and glandular hair membrane.Mucous vesicle membrane and glandular hair membrane have glycoproteins,and protoplasts have a variety of ornamentations.The results of ion permeability experiments show that the mucous vesicle membrane and glandular hair membrane absorb few ions in the young stage,more ions in the mature stage and almost no ions in the old stage.
