夫妻自尊与其婚姻质量关系研究

Relationship between Self-esteem and marriage quality in married couples

目的探讨夫妻自尊与其婚姻质量的关系。方法采用自尊量表和婚姻主观感受指数(MPS)对来自全国26个省的487对夫妻进行测评。结果丈夫、妻子的自尊与婚姻质量总均分、夫妻互动和家庭关系呈正相关(r=0.513~0.280)(均P<0.001),与夫妻冲突呈负相关(r=-0.411^-0.262)(P均<0.001);夫妻互动、家庭关系、夫妻冲突和MPS总分均分在自尊的九种匹配类型上差异具有统计学意义(F=22.421,20.363,16.774,27.822;均P<0.001);丈夫、妻子的自尊对婚姻质量总分、夫妻互动和家庭关系有统计学意义正向预测作用(β=1.793~0.354),对夫妻冲突有统计学意义负向预测作用(β=-0.465,-0.351)。结论夫妻自尊及匹配类型与其婚姻质量有密切联系。

Objective To explore the relationship between couples′self-esteem and their marriage quality.Methods 487 pairs of couples from 26 provinces in China were tested by the Self-Esteem Scale(SES)and Marriage Perception Scale(MPS).Results The Husband′sand Wife′s self-esteem showed a positive correlation with the mean of the couples′marriage quality,Couple interflow and Family relationship(r=0.513~0.280)(P<0.001),showed a negative correlation with Couple conflict(r=-0.411^-0.262)(P<0.001).Nine kinds of self-esteem match types of Couple interflow,Family relationship,Couple conflict and marriage quality scores were significantly different(F=22.421,20.363,16.774,27.822;P<0.001).The Husband′s and Wife′s self-esteem were significantly positive predictors of the mean of the couples′marital quality,Couple interflow and Family relationship(β=1.793~0.354)and were significantly negative predictors of Couple conflict(β=-0.465,-0.351).Conclusions The couples′self-esteem is intimately related to their marriage quality.
