全面提高人才培养能力,是公安院校办学的核心任务。公安院校按照《国标》的要求,在培养公安专业人才的法律教学过程中建设能级体系,能够充分发挥激励和导向作用,促进学生明确自身法律知识、能力和素质方面的状况和努力方向,切实提高学生的法律实战应用能力和创新能力,为深化公安教育改革、提升人才培养水平提供有力举措。

It is the police college’s core task to improve the talent cultivation capability in an all-round way.As required by the "National Standard",to construct the ability grade system in police college’s legal teaching for policing talents can fully exert the role of encouragement and guidance,enhance students’ understanding of their status in legal knowledge,abilities and qualities and their direction of efforts,effectively improve students’ abilities in practical application and innovation,and thereby providing a powerful measure for deepening the reform of police education and improving the level of talent cultivation.
