农村产业融合的“内”与“外”——乡村旅游能带动农业社会化服务吗

The Outward and Inward of Rural Industrial Integration——Can Rural Tourism Promote Agricultural Socialization Service?

本文从产业融合的定义出发,将其细化为基于农业的外向型融合与内源型融合两个方面,并以乡村旅游和农业社会化服务分别作为外向型融合和内源型融合的代表性产业,结合2016年北京市“三农普”村级数据,运用回归分析模型与中介效应检验方法,系统考察外向型融合与内源型融合之间的联系及其作用机制。研究结果表明:外向型融合对内源型融合有显著的正向影响,乡村旅游收入的提高有利于农业社会化服务收益的提升;要素禀赋在外向型融合影响内源性融合的过程中,总体上发挥了正向的中介传导作用,但土地要素的中介效应相比于劳动力和资本而言并不明显。这些发现为新时期推进农村一二三产业融合发展提供了重要的理论依据。

Based on the definition of industrial integration,this paper divides the industrial integration into outward-and inward-oriented integrations.Further,this paper regards the"star industry"rural tourism as a typical example of outward-oriented integration to explore its impact on the agricultural socialization service,which is considered as the"typical industry"of inwardoriented integration.Based on the village-level data of agricultural census in Beijing,this paper comprehensively examines the influence of rural tourism on agricultural socialization service and its mechanism using regression models and mediation effect method.The results show two conclusions.First,the outward-oriented integration has a significant positive impact on inward-oriented integration.The increase in rural tourism income is conducive to the improvement of agricultural social service.Second,factor endowment is the positive intermediate path in the process of outward-oriented integration affecting inward-oriented integration.Among them,the mediating effect of labor factor and capital factor is significantly positive,while the land element is not significant.These findings provide an important theoretical basis for promoting the rural industrial integration in the new era.
