团体辅导对农村留守小学生心理资本干预初探——以甘肃省陇南市某农村小学为例

A Preliminary Study on Group Counseling on Psychological Capital Intervention of Rural Left-Behind Pupils:A Case Study of a Rural Primary School in Longnan City,Gansu Province

为了探索提升农村留守小学生心理资本水平的方法,研究设计了符合留守小学生特点的团体辅导方案,将被调查的28名农村留守小学生随机分为实验组和控制组,每组14人,对实验组实施团体辅导干预,期间控制组无干预影响。在团体辅导干预前、干预后进行《留守儿童心理资本问卷》的测查。结果表明:实验组和控制组心理资本水平前测差异不显著;干预后实验组和控制组心理资本水平差异显著,且实验组得分显著高于控制组。研究显示,适宜的团体辅导方案能有效提升农村留守小学生的心理资本水平,同时教育者应重视团体辅导的作用,在提升农村留守小学生心理资本中加以高效利用。

To explore the methods of improving psychological capital levels of the rural left-behind pupils,a group counseling program was designed to meet the characteristics of rural left-behind pupils in this study,and 28 rural left-behind pupils were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group having 14 pupils.When the experimental group was treated with the group counseling intervention,the control group was treated nothing during the period.Before and after group counseling intervention,The Psychological Capital Questionnaire of Left-behind Children was tested.The results show that there are no significant differences on the levels of psychological capital between the experimental group and the control group before intervention,but there are significant differences after intervention.The score of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group.Therefore,the group counseling program can effectively improve the psychological capital levels of the rural left-behind pupils in this study,at the same time,educators should pay attention to the role of group counseling and make efficient use of it in improving the psychological capital of rural left-behind pupils.
