微脉冲激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗晚期青光眼的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究微脉冲激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗晚期青光眼的有效性及安全性。方法:对32例37眼晚期青光眼患者行微脉冲激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术,术后随访3月,观察术后眼压、视力、疼痛感及并发症等情况。结果:术后1天、7天、1月、3月的平均眼压降低为24.27±5.11mmHg、19.64±4.70mmHg、15.39±6.55mmHg以及16.21±4.19mmHg,与术前眼压(48.59±3.74mmHg)对比均具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。术后视力无变化28眼(75.6%),视力下降5眼(13.5%),视力提高4眼(10.8%)。术后前房积血2眼(5.4%),前房炎性渗出5眼(13.5%),药物治疗好转,患者眼痛症状均明显缓解。结论:微脉冲激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术能够安全、有效地治疗晚期青光眼,显著降低眼压,减轻患者痛苦。 Objective:To study the effect and side effects of micropulse transscleralcyclophotocoagulation(MP-TSCPC)fortreating advanced glaucoma.Methods:Thirty-two patients with advanced glaucoma were treated by MP-TSCPC.The patients were followed up for 3 months to observe the postoperative changes of the intraocular pressure(IOP),vision,pain and complications.Results:Compared with the preoperative IOP,the IOP after MP-TSCPC decreased significantly(P<0.01),while little changes in visual acuity.There was hyphema in 2 eyes(5.4%)and inflammatory exudation in 5 eyes(13.5%)and pain symptoms significantly relieved.Conclusion:MP-TSCPC is an effective and safety treatment for advanced glaucoma patients.
