摘要
“一带一路”倡议的目标与高职教育对外援助的功能在经济增长和国际正义上具有较高的契合度。“一带一路”倡议下的高职教育对外援助,既面临外部挑战,也面临内部困境。“一带一路”倡议下高职教育对外援助的顺利开展,需要优化服务策略,完善制度设计;打造服务组织,形成援助合力;培育援外人才,组建服务团队。
The aim of“Belt and Road”initiative and the function of higher vocational education foreign aid are well matched in economic growth and international justice.Under the“Belt and Road”initiative,the foreign aid of higher vocational education faces both the external challenges and the internal dilemmas.The measures to improve higher vocational education foreign aid under the“Belt and Road”initiative are as follows:optimizing service supply strategies and perfecting the institutional framework design,establishing service supply organizations and combining joint organizational forces,cultivating foreign aid talents and forming service supply teams.
