新中国成立以来我国教师教育研究的回溯与展望 被引量:4

摘要 新中国成立以来,我国教师教育研究经历了回应师资队伍短缺问题、创建教师教育学科和助推教师教育整体转型三个历史阶段。研究取得了突出的学术贡献,助推了具有中国特色的教师教育体系,促进了我国教师教育学科的发展,建构了价值理性取向的教师教育研究范式。新时代,我国教师教育研究又站在一个新的历史起点,理应肩负新的使命,尤其是对当前教师教育改革中出现的诸多棘手问题亟待回应。今后,研究者应重视对乡村学校师资队伍建设的研究,注重乡村教师专业发展定位的差异性和相关保障机制的完善;加强对公费师范生培养、管理与聘用机制的研究;强化对教师责任与职业认同度的研究;关注信息技术与教师教育深度融合的研究。此外,还要继续探索本土化的教师教育规范和标准,并积极助推教师教育研究成果的有效转化。 Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,teacher education research in China has experienced ups and downs in social changes,it has gone through three historical stages of responding to the shortage of teachers,creating teacher education disciplines,and promoting the overall transformation of teacher education.The research has made outstanding academic contributions,promoted the teacher education system with Chinese characteristics,promoted the development of teacher education disciplines in China,and constructed a teacher education research paradigm of value-oriented.In the new era,China’s teacher education research is standing at a new historical starting point,and it should shoulder a new mission.Especially,it is urgent to respond to many thorny issues in the current teacher education reform.In the future,researchers should attach importance to the research on the construction of teachers in rural schools,pay attention to the differences in the positioning of rural teachers’professional development and improve the relevant guarantee mechanisms;strengthen the research on the training,management and employment mechanism of public normal teachers;strengthen research on teachers’responsibility and professional identity;focus on the deep integration of information technology and teacher education.In addition,researchers must continue to explore localized teacher education norms and standards,and actively promote the effective transformation of teacher education research results.
