摘要
新中国成立70年来,我国职业教育供给历经了以改造整顿为主的初步供给阶段、以规模扩张为主的恢复供给阶段、以建章立制为主的规范供给阶段、体制改革的多元供给阶段和服务国家战略的黄金供给阶段。遵循着从社会价值导向到个人价值导向的供给理念的转变、从政府单一供给到多元主体复合供给的供给格局的转变、从以规模扩张为主的体量供给到注重内涵建设的优质供给的实际提供能力的转变、集权模式下的控制管理向服务型政府角色的协调能力的转变、从权利依附下的自在生长到自为意识觉醒的学校运行能力的转变。面向职业教育现代化2035的战略愿景,我国职业教育要确立“多元取向”的职业教育供给理念、形成“多元主体复合供给共同治理”的供给格局、形成更加公平更有质量的职业教育供给品质。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the supply of vocational education has experienced five stages:the resumption of supply with adjustment and reconstruction,the resumption of supply with Scale expansion,The standard supply with establishment of rules and regulations,the diversified supply based on the system reform and the gold supply with serving the national strategy.The supply concept has experienced from social value orientation to individual value;the supply pattern has experienced the change from the single supply to the multi-subject supply,the supply ability has experienced the change from the scale supply to the quality supply,the government coordination ability has experienced the change from the control management to the service society,the operational capacity of the school has experienced a transition from dependence on the government to autonomy.Facing to the modernization of vocational education 2035,China’s vocational education should establish the concept of“multi-orientation”of vocational education supply,form the supply pattern of“multi-subject supply and common governance”,and form a more fair and high-quality vocational education supply quality.
