摘要
英国政府2019年11月发布的高校《创新创业教育框架》,从预期目标、学习者的"旅程"、教师的角色和素质、学校的支持环境四个方面对高校创新创业教育进行了顶层设计。该框架澄清了创新教育和创业教育的区别与衔接,揭示了创新创业教育的本质在于培养学生的创新能力,展现了创新创业能力导向的设计思路,规划了模块化、校内外协同的学习进阶路径,具有较高的实践应用价值。借鉴英国高校创新创业教育国家框架的理念与思路,我国高校应树立"通识型"创新创业教育价值观,推动人才培养模式的变革;厘清创新教育与创业教育的关系,回归"培养创新能力"的教育本质;精心设计学生的学习经验,灵活运用多种教学方法。
The implementation of enterprise and entrepreneurship education is an important measure to deepen the reform of higher education.The national Framework for Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Education issued by the UK government in November 2019 is the top-level design for such education at the national level.The framework clarifies the difference and connection between enterprise and entrepreneurship education,reveals that the essence of enterprise and entrepreneurship education lies in the cultivation of students’innovation ability,shows the design idea with enterprise and entrepreneurship ability orientation,and plans a modular and collaborative learning advanced path inside and outside the school,which has high practical application value.Referring to the idea and thinking path of the national framework of enterprise and entrepreneurship education,Chinese universities should establish the values of"general"enterprise and entrepreneurship education,promote the reform on education mode;clarify the relationship between enterprise and entrepreneurship education,return to the educational essence of"cultivating enterprise ability";carefully design students’learning experience,and flexibly apply various teaching methods.
