日本城市公共吸烟处调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Urban Public Smoking Area in Japan

日本自21世纪以来全国范围内控烟取得较好效果。首先介绍了日本控烟相关法规在空间领域的相关规定,并通过对日本城市的交通、商业、旅游、文教4类空间的实地调研,概述了其公共吸烟处在设施选址和设施设计的现实情况。在此基础上结合吸烟行为的生理学与社会学特征,对日本城市公共吸烟处的设置加以分析,提出隐蔽性与便利性两个吸烟处设计要点,并对吸烟处的服务半径计算方法提出初步构想。

Since twenty-first Century,internal control smoke in Japan has achieved better results.First of all,this paper introduces the relevant regulations of the tobacco control regulations in the public space.And by going for a Japanese cities field trip of the four kinds of space,such as transportation,commerce,tourism and culture and education space,the author summarizes the actual situation of the facilities and facilities design of the public smoking places in Japan.Based on the combination of the physiological characteristics and sociology of the smoking behavior,the paper analyses the design of Japanese city public smoking area,puts forward two design points of smoking area:concealment and convenience.And the paper puts forward a calculation method of the radius of the smoking area.
