目的:建立菊明降压丸的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:对菊明降压丸中野菊花和决明子进行薄层色谱研究。结果:该薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰,专属性强。结论:该方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于菊明降压丸的质量控制。

Objective To establish a TLC identification method for Juming Jianga Pills.Methods Thin layer chromatography was used to study Chrysnthemi Indici Flos and Senmen Cassiae in Juming Jiangya Pills.Results The spots identified by Thin-Layer Chromatography were clear,the separation degree was good,the negative control had no interference,and the specificity was strong.Conclusion The method is simple,feasible and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Juming Jianga Pills.
