明目地黄汤加减治疗玻璃体退变性混浊验案举隅

玻璃体退变性混浊是眼科临床上一种较为常见的疾病,以中老年人为主要发病群体,影响视功能及生活质量,甚者对患者的心理及精神上造成不可忽视的负担。目前临床上单纯西医治疗玻璃体退变性混浊存在一定的不足之处,临床效果不佳。喻京生教授运用明目地黄汤加减治疗该病,在临床上有取得较好的疗效。

Vitreous degeneration opacification is a common disease in ophthalmology clinic,which mainly afects the middle-aged and elderly,afects the visual function and the quality of life,and even causes the psychological and spiritual burden on the pa-tients.At present,simple western medicine treatment of vitreous degeneration turbidity has some shortcomings,the clinical effect is not good.Professor yu jingsheng used mingmu dihuang decoction to treat the disease,which has achieved a good clinical effect.
