摘要
脑水肿是神经系统疾病常见的并发症之一,其最初是由脑缺血、颅内感染、颅脑外伤等疾病所引起的。其中在临床上,缺血性脑水肿的发病率尤为突出。近些年,神经血管单元成为神经系统的研究热点,不同细胞及细胞间的相互作用在脑水肿的作用越来越受到关注。本文就参与缺血性脑水肿的不同细胞来阐述其发病机制及中医药对其治疗的特色作一阐述。
Aim Cerebral edema is one of the common complications in neurological diseases.It was originally caused by diseases such as cerebral ischemia,intracranial infection and craniocerebral trauma.Among them,the incidence of ischemic cerebral edema is particularly prominent.In recent years,neurovascular units are the current research hotspots,and the interaction of different cells and cells in brain edema has received increasing attention.This article describes the pathogenesis of different cells in the neurovascular unit in ischemic cerebral edema and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
