On the Reform of Ideological and Political Courses in Food Quality and Safety

中国传统的高等教育在专业理论基础方面已经做得非常扎实,但是在思想政治教育方面还有较大的发展空间.对高等院校而言,推进课程思政建设是高校育人的必然要求.以食品质量与安全专业为例,阐述了在专业课程教育中融入思政元素的重要意义,探讨了在专业教育中如何推行课程思政,从而达到专业教育与思政教育有机融合的目的,为食品质量与安全专业课程思政改革提供参考.

Traditional Chinese higher education has been very solid in terms of professional theoretical foundation,but there is still much room for development in ideological and political education.For colleges and universities,promoting curriculum ideological and political construction is an inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to educate people.This article took the specialty of food quality and safety as an example to illustrate the significance of integrating ideological and political elements into professional curriculum education,and discussed how to implement curriculum ideological and political education in professional education,so as to achieve the goal of organic integration of professional education and ideological and political education.To provide a reference for the ideological and political reform of food quality and safety courses.
