摘要
分析了5454铝合金中各元素的作用,优化了5454铝合金的化学成分。从固液比选择、装炉顺序、熔炼、精炼、在线处理和生产操作等方面讨论了630 mm×1870 mm×5000 mm规格的5454铝合金扁锭的熔铸工艺,给出了其铸造工艺参数。分析了5454铝合金扁锭产生通裂缺陷的原因,制定了解决通裂缺陷的措施。生产出了符合用户要求的5454铝合金扁锭。
The efect of various elements in 5454 aluminum alloy was analyzed。and the chemical composition of 5454 aluminum alloy was optimied.The melting-casting technology of 5454 aluminum aloy slab with a specifcation of 630 mm x 1870 mm x 5000 mm was discussed from the aspects of solid-liquid ratio selection,charging sequence,melting,refining,on-line treatment and casting production openation,and so on,then the casting process pa-rametens of the slab was given.The causes of the side to side crack defect for 5454 alumimum ally slab wene analyzed,then the measures to prevent a gainst the side to side defect were worked out.The 5454 aluminum alloy slab which meet user's requirements was produced.
